Real estate business has always largely involved a transactional relationship. However, I personally value the connections made with my clients and the satisfaction of being able to value add to them a lot more than just being profit-driven. 

Being a realtor today is a lot more than just providing fundamental real estate service to my clients. It is also about being an analyst and value adding to my clients. During the entire transaction prodecure, a detailed and easy-to-understand timeline from start to completion needs to be conveyed to the client so there is a clarity on what needs to be done at every stage of the timeline to prevent any possibiltiy of unwanted delays and inconvenience.
